Unaccompanied Under 16s

The Club and Stadium Operating representatives presented the ISC members and FSA officer with an overview of the safeguarding policy with the recognition of the statutory obligations to Premier League regulations, Newham Council and conformity of the Stadium’s operating licence. There followed a discussion of the relevant enforcement policy and the roles of the stewards and SLOs.

The ISC and FSA representatives reiterated that there was a unanimous acceptance of the safeguarding requirements and the need for adherence to protect children at the London Stadium.

To ensure the maximum awareness for the remainder of the season and beyond, it was agreed that supporters and Junior Hammers would receive a safeguarding communication. The exact wording is to be determined by the meeting attendees and will be published prior to the resumption of the Premier League season at the end of December 2022.
